Antti bridges the gap between complex technology and practical business value. From founding companies to leading million€ EU initiatives, he demystifies AI and gamification for organizations. Antti turns ambiguous ideas into measurable propositions, empowering teams go from "mechanics to architects."

Oki enjoys sharing his 20+ years of entrepreneurship learnings. His favourite topics are: how self-awareness turns into business-awareness, the challenges of learning fast, accepting our emotions and how these reflect in entrepreneurship, and our organisations.
